Twilight Jewelry!
I found this blog called Twilightations! It has everything to do with Twilight on it! I love this charm bracelet and necklace that I found on it! The necklace is Bella and Edward in the meadow and the charms on the bracelet are The Cullens in they're baseball clothes!!! HA! They're so cool!Some gossip!
There is a great interview with Rob Pattinson over at The Risky Business blog, where he talks about New Moon and the Twilight Saga...
I was slightly concerned though, when I read this...
"THR: Let's talk about "Twilight." There are four books. Is the plan for you to do them all?
Pattinson: I have committed to the fourth one, "Breaking Dawn." But I don't know quite when Summit is going to shoot it because of my schedule"
Aaaaaaaah! Seriously? I really really cannot see how they will make it into a film! Unless they just 'base' it on the book... and leave out the ridiculous parts (baby etc)
Hopefully they will do as C has suggested and rip our guts out by killing someone we love! Isn't that what makes a great movie! Just not Edward though!

Breaking Dawn... WTF???
I devoured the Twilight trilogy, feeling every emotion Bella did, seeing Edward through her eyes, basically living and breathing the character, even when she became a bit whiny in Eclipse. 
So I rushed down to C and borrowed Breaking Dawn - what will happen what will happen what will happen - all the way home.
What did happen? WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED??
I kept having to check the cover, Yes it has been written by Stephanie Meyer, Yes it is the fourth book of the Twilight Saga...
I hated it, it made me want to scrub my skin with a wire brush. When I think of it, even now, I feel the bile rising.
After consumating a silly marraige (that went against everything we knew about Bella) in a stupid fairytale honeymoon location, Bella becomes a "Regan McNeill" crossed with "Ellen Ripley" in this ridiculous story. She vomits blood, has an alien baby breaking her bones from the inside out and generally had me in bits trying to think of ways to stop Kristin Stewart ruining her career by starring in it. The logistics of that whole episode made me so embarrassed that I was even reading it. Vampires, according to the first three books, were void of any bodily functions, or fluids... WTF Meyer? She literally LOST THE PLOT!
A movie of it would be like The Evil Dead 2.
Edward, our hero, the character who has taken over from Mr Darcy as every womans ideal man, becomes a wishy washy sidekick to Bellas stupid and ridiculous new Vampire self. Holes abound galore, Meyer didn't feel the need for any conflict, of the inner or outer kind, Bella adjusts to her new being without any problems at all, as does her previously devoted father, and there isn't even a blinkin fight to get our pulses racing.
Oh I hated it, won't be allowing my daughter read it as I found it akin to weird alien erotic fiction at times, and I wish wish wish Meyer would write it again properly. She let me down, she let her characters down... She let herself down and it made me wonder did she ever really know what people loved about Twilight? It was the perfect reflection of teenage love that inspired us all... not the vampires and expensive cars.

Who is YOUR Dream Team?
I didn't really have an Edward, I think my brain just made up a face for him, and it wasn't anyone famous but I had seen some movie posters and so he was pale and had a 'Rob' look to him... My Dr & Mrs Cullen were, believe it or not, Brangelina! They were so strong in my mind that I still shake my head when watching the movie and say "Thats not them!" to myself...
The only other character that I find that with is Alice... In my head she was a young Winona Ryder...

New Moon Soundtrack
Being so obsessed with Twilight usually means I can find it in the most unusual places, but even I did not think I would be Twilighting during the Eurovision Song Contest!!! However in the middle of Icelands entry I sat up, looked at Maggot and said "Oh my - its New Moon..."!
It has been on our playlist ever since Thursday and although it didn't win, we love it! Have a listen, it is on our personal New Moon Soundtrack!
New Moon
We are all really excited, yeah? Well I am, I just can't wait to see it play out on screen! With triple the budget Twilight had, it will look amazing!
There is one little thing bugging me though... one LITTLE thing....
Taylor Lautner.
Jacob is supposed to be 6'5" at least by the end of New Moon. Taylor Lautner is a titch! I don't mind how they do it, but they better make him look tall in the film, and not bypass that detail. Leaving things out of a film is a directors prerogative BUT not when it is one of the main points of a character. I imagine it would annoy me so much I won't enjoy the movie!

To begin...
I need somewhere to talk Twilight, and so this is where I have chosen. I am not really a fan of the forum, and anyway you've to join up before you can comment and frankly my head is a complete sieve for 'user names' etc so thats not going to work...
I have been gnawing the earholes off my friends about all things Twilight, and to be honest they have started glazing over so.... I know when to bow out and lean my yattering gob elsewhere - HERE!
I'm hoping some of my Twilight friends will contribute so watch this space!
